How Do You Pay?

Private Pay

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We require a credit card to start services.

Long-Term Care Insurance

We work with many long-term care insurance companies. We will send weekly detailed invoices and care notes directly to your insurance company making reimbursements much quicker. If you would like your long-term care insurance company to pay us directly we can work with you to set that up.

OLTL/DHS Waivers

We are contracted with the Office of Long-Term Living and Department of Human Services. We accept the following waivers – Aging Waiver, Independence Waiver, Attendant Care Waiver, CommCare Waiver, and OBRA Waiver. If you have questions on how to apply for waiver services, please contact our office staff and we would be happy to help you.

Adams County Office of Aging

We have a contract with Adams County Office of Aging. We accept payment directly from ACOFA for services provided for consumers who have been approved for their services. If you live in Adams County and you would like to see if you qualify for their services, please call them directly at 717-334-9296.
